Whom have I in heaven but You?
And earth has nothing I desire besides You.
My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart
and my portion forever.
This biblical passage comforts me in bad or difficult moments. It reminds me that I have God in my heart, that He is the strength of my heart, and that He always accompanies me. Knowing this makes me feel safe.
God gives me everything I need. I’m His daughter and He rewards me in abundance. I rely on Him and rest in Him.
With His love we never have battles that we can not deal with. He is in battles with us, guiding and comforting our hearts.
